DescriptionThe Ball Watch Co Engineer III Hurricane Hunters (reference DG3006C-S2CJ-BK) is a limited edition (1000 pieces) COSC-certified chronometer wristwatch designed for aviators and featuring a number of specifications suited for demanding environments. The watch has a 40mm stainless steel case that is water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet) and is resistant to magnetic fields up to 1,000 gauss (80,000 A/m). The case also features a bi-directional rotating ceramic bezel with a gas tube inset for low-light visibility, a screwed-in crown, and a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The watch is powered by the automatic caliber BALL RR1205-C movement, which is chronometer-certified by the COSC (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) for its accuracy. The movement has a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The dial of the watch is black and features luminous hour, minute, and second hands, as well as a magnified date window. The watch also has a second time zone indication that is illuminated with Super LumiNova. The watch comes with a stainless steel bracelet with a folding buckle.
